Founded by Zoe Smith and Alex Henry, both seasoned industry professionals with over 40 years of combined experience, D Talent Agency brings a wealth of knowledge and a fresh perspective to the ever-evolving world of entertainment. They understand what it takes for talent to stand out, and have honed our approach through hands-on experience—on stage, screen, and behind the scenes.

 

Zoe’s career has taken her to the West End in productions like Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Cats, and Grease. She’s also worked as Dance Captain and Assistant Resident Director, building an impressive portfolio across the UK and internationally. Alex’s career journey has been equally diverse, starting in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and continuing with work as a film and TV makeup and wig artist. His expertise has seen him working with top brands like Mac Cosmetics, Dior, and Disney.
